For health plans & systems

Perinatal support built around real moments.

Gaux brings together named, vetted experts, live and on-demand classes, practical resources, and moderated community support from family building through the toddler years. A plan or health-system pilot is scoped to the population, data requirements, and review process before launch.

Why health plans buy Gaux

Three things have to be true at once.

i.

Support meets the moment.

Gaux is organized around the moments families already face — first trimester, first night home, first sleep regression, and return to work — with expert-led education and practical next steps.

ii.

The clinical bar is real.

Every expert in the network lists their credentials on their profile — IBCLCs, CD(DONA)/ProDoula doulas, PMH-C perinatal mental health therapists, certified pediatric sleep consultants, OB/GYNs, RDNs, OTs, DPTs. Editorial is held for medical review whenever the publication gate requires it. We will not push anonymous Facebook-style content into a benefit catalog.

iii.

The pilot is defined before launch.

Population, eligibility, implementation, privacy/security review, and any agreed reporting are documented with the partner. Gaux does not promise a reporting capability before that scope is validated.

What is covered

Family building through the toddler years.

Gaux meets a member at the moment they need it and moves with them as the stage changes. The shape of the program does not require a separate plan rider for fertility, a different vendor for lactation, and a third app for postpartum mood. One membership covers the whole stretch — and the team you build inside it stays with you.

  • Family building. Fertility, IVF, donor conception, adoption, surrogacy.
  • Pregnancy. Trimester guides, birth preparation, body and identity work.
  • The first year. Lactation, infant sleep, recovery, mental health, childcare.
  • Toddler & beyond. Behavior, milestones, sleep regressions, school.
  • The parent. Women’s health, return to work, identity, relationships.
How we partner

Three engagement models — pick the shape that matches your plan.

Member benefit

Gaux can be evaluated as a covered member benefit for a defined population, region, or line of business. Eligibility and access are confirmed during implementation planning.

Implementation support

The approved employer pilot uses annual volume pricing and hands-on onboarding. A health-plan implementation and any reporting require separate written scope.

Clinical pilot

A clinical or health-system pilot may be designed for a defined cohort only after clinical ownership, measures, consent, data handling, and review requirements are approved.

Data & compliance

Define the data path before anyone launches.

Before contracting, Gaux and the partner document eligibility, identifiers, access, retention, consent, reporting, incident handling, security/privacy review, and any integration requirements. Public copy does not assume SSO, HIPAA scope, or a reporting export until those capabilities and responsibilities are validated in writing.
