For health plans & systems

The perinatal benefit your members actually use.

Member-experience programs win on two metrics that move at the same time — utilization and clinical confidence. Gaux is the only perinatal-to-toddler program built around named, credentialed professionals, live and on-demand classes, and a moderated community, packaged so plans and integrated systems can ship it without standing up a new clinical team.

Why health plans buy Gaux

Three things have to be true at once.

i.

Members actually log in.

Perinatal benefits typically see single-digit activation. Gaux is designed for the moments members are already searching — first trimester, first night home, first sleep regression. We meet them in those moments with credentialed answers, not anonymous opinions.

ii.

The clinical bar is real.

Every expert in the network lists their credentials on their profile — IBCLCs, CD(DONA)/ProDoula doulas, PMH-C perinatal mental health therapists, certified pediatric sleep consultants, OB/GYNs, RDNs, OTs, DPTs. Medically reviewed editorial. We will not push anonymous Facebook-style content into a benefit catalog.

iii.

You can report on it.

Engagement reporting, course-completion reporting, and member-NPS feedback are exportable on a quarterly cadence. We hand back the numbers your account team and your medical leadership are going to ask for, before they ask.

What is covered

Family building through the toddler years.

Gaux meets a member at the moment they need it and moves with them as the stage changes. The shape of the program does not require a separate plan rider for fertility, a different vendor for lactation, and a third app for postpartum mood. One membership covers the whole stretch — and the team you build inside it stays with you.

  • Family building. Fertility, IVF, donor conception, adoption, surrogacy.
  • Pregnancy. Trimester guides, birth preparation, body and identity work.
  • The first year. Lactation, infant sleep, recovery, mental health, childcare.
  • Toddler & beyond. Behavior, milestones, sleep regressions, school.
  • The parent. Women’s health, return to work, identity, relationships.
How we partner

Three engagement models — pick the shape that matches your plan.

Member benefit

Gaux as a covered member benefit, accessed through your member portal SSO. Activation is by population, by region, or by line of business — we are flexible on how the cohort is defined.

Reimbursement layer

For self-funded plans and HSA/FSA flows, Gaux memberships are eligible expenses. We supply receipts coded for member submission and provide an aggregate report for the plan team.

Clinical pilot

A 90-day clinical pilot inside a defined cohort — typically a maternity rider, NICU graduate population, or PMH program. We instrument the pilot for engagement and clinical-confidence outcomes from week one.

Data & compliance

Built for the kind of program your compliance team is going to read.

SSO via SAML or OIDC. Member-identifier handling reviewed against HIPAA and the relevant state-by-state privacy frameworks. No selling of member data, ever — not for analytics, not for “research,” not for content recommendations outside Gaux. Aggregate engagement reporting is shared with the plan; PII is not. Account terms are available before contracting; ask us and we will send them.
