About

About Kate.

Kate Littlefield is a queer, white, parent, spouse, child, unapologetically emotional, aspiring liberationist living and working on the unceded lands of the Abenaki people now known as Vermont. Kate is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with nearly 20 years of experience working with children, youth, families and individuals in a variety of settings. Currently, Kate runs a small therapy practice in Vermont specializing in working with parents and families. Kate is working to expand offerings to include accessible but deeply meaningful supports to individuals and families in a wide range of parenting seasons through workbooks, online classes and creating community space and events. She is the Chair of the Postpartum Support International Vermont Chapter Board of Directors and is a Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health Fellow. She hopes to bring her passion and skills to the state/federal level to enact even greater systemic change.
