About Anna.
Anna Rodney is a birth and postpartum doula, certified childbirth educator, and mom of three girls. She is the co-founder of Gaux, founded Chicago Family Doulas, the largest doula agency in the world and created Birth & Baby University, where she has trained and mentored thousands of doulas since 2013.
Across two decades of perinatal work, Anna and her teams have supported tens of thousands of families through pregnancy, birth, and the first years of parenthood. The pattern she saw never changed: families don’t need more noise or more fear, they need steady, evidence-based support from people who have actually been in the room.
A lifelong traveler, Anna has explored 44 states with her daughters in tow, living proof that becoming a parent doesn’t mean the adventure ends.
