Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you believe your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@gauxplay.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has shipped.
